The Ukrainian delegation arrived in Amsterdam on April 4
and visited the bell-casting plant, where Bishop Alexander
served the prayer for the beginning of all good things and
sprinkled the production equipment with
holy water.
Traditionally, as a sign of cooperation in the casting of the bell, the blessed coins were placed into the bell. Thus, on behalf of Metropolitan Volodymyr, Archbishop Alexander laid a golden coin into the bell. The head of the Parish Council Igor Lysov put the coins collected by the parishioners of the Holy Transfiguration church.
