The Russian Federation’s Ministry for Extraordinary Situations will prepare a new Russian humanitarian convoy for the southeastern Ukraine by the end of this week, reported deputy minister for emergency situations Vladimir Stepanov on Tuesday to RIA-Novosti.
“We are continuing the humanitarian aid collection, and, as soon as it is collected, we will prepare the motorcades to deliver it. According to the updated information, most probably by the end of the week this issue will be considered,” he said.
