Holy Royal Martyrs Commemorated in Yekaterinburg on their Feast-Day
The tradition of commemorating the martyred Royal Family began long before their canonization as Royal Martyrs. Days of mourning declared in Lugansk region and Donbass in connection with the civilians’ death
On Saturday, July 12, residential houses in the private sector of the Donetsk’s Petrovsky district became a target of artillery shelling. According to the regional administration, 6 people were killed and 8 injured, including one teenager. As a result of shelling of Maryinka (a suburb of Donetsk) 6 more civilians were killed and 4 injured.

Children in Russia prayed for peace and prosperity in the Ukraine
A Divine Liturgy, a children’s prayer service and a children’s cross procession with special petitions for peace in the Ukraine and Russia as well as a litia for repose of children, killed during combat operations in the southeastern Ukraine, took place at St. Alexis Monastery in the Yaroslavl region.
