A procession of the cross from Russia reaches Donetsk
According to the event’s organizers, the procession of the cross was held with the blessing of Schema-Archimandrite Iliy (Nozdrin). A small portion of the Precious Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of Christ is embedded in a specially made cross, while portions of relics of several dozens of saints are inside a reliquary made in the form of an ancient cross.

Church launches fundraising in support of those suffered in the fires in the Transbaikal territory and Khakassia
Fires on the territory of Eastern Siberia began on April 11-12. The cause of the incidents was the same in each case: someone intentionally ignited dry grass. As a result of the strong wind the fire swiftly spread to villages, individual farmsteads, and camping sites. At least 1473 residential houses have been destroyed by fire.
